Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Every Hydrus board ships with a 60-day exchange and return window, plus a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. Our full policies live on dedicated pages.

60-Day On-Water Trial and Exchange

60-Day On-Water Trial and Exchange covers exchange terms, return terms, restocking fees, and condition standards within 60 days of delivery. Exchanges have no restocking fee. Returns carry a 20% restocking fee and you cover return shipping. Limit one return per customer within 180 days.

Holiday Gift Returns

Boards and gear bought from November 20 to December 24, 2026 can be exchanged or returned through January 31, 2027, even if more than 60 days have passed since delivery. Our standard exchange and return terms and condition standards apply. Gift recipients can reach out with the order number and we will take care of it.

Hydrus Warranty

Hydrus Warranty covers manufacturing defects for life, extended coverage for the first five years, and the Hydrus Care Program for everything else.

Accessories are covered under separate warranty terms detailed on the warranty page.

Adjustable Paddles

Adjustable paddles carry the same 60-Day On-Water Trial and Exchange terms as boards: free exchange within 60 days of delivery, or a return with a 20% restocking fee and return shipping on you. Limit one return per customer within 180 days.

Custom-Cut Paddles

The Tough Blade One-Piece, Ruckus Flyweight, and Ruckus Travel 3-Piece are cut to the length you give us at checkout. Once cut, they are final sale: no on-water trial and no returns. Manufacturing defects are still covered under warranty.

Damaged Shipments

Damaged shipments should be reported immediately. Don't ride the board. Reach out and we'll handle the carrier claim and get you a replacement.
