30-Day Trial and Exchange

30-Day Trial and Exchange covers exchange terms, return terms, restocking fees, and condition standards within 30 days of delivery.

Hydrus Warranty

Hydrus Warranty covers manufacturing defects for life, full coverage for the first five years, and the Hydrus Care Program for everything else.

Accessories

Accessories are covered under separate warranty terms detailed on the warranty page.

Damaged Shipments

Damaged shipments should be reported immediately. Don't ride the board. Reach out and we'll handle the carrier claim and get you a replacement.
