Your board ships from Eagle, Idaho. Here is everything you need to know before it arrives.

Free Shipping

Orders of $100 or more to the continental United States ship free. Orders under $100 ship at standard carrier rates, calculated at checkout.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada. These destinations fall outside the free-shipping threshold. A shipping rate applies for each, calculated and quoted at checkout.

For orders shipping to Canada, your order may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. Those costs are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in your order total.

Delivery

In-stock orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

• Continental United States: typically 2 to 5 days from the ship date
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada: typically 4 to 7 days from the ship date

Pre-Orders

Some boards sell out during peak season. When a board is listed as a pre-order or pre-sale, your purchase holds one from the next production run. The estimated ship date is on the product page. You will receive email updates as your board moves through the production batch and gets closer to shipping.

Damaged Shipments

If your board arrives damaged, stop. Do not ride it. Send us photos right away and we will handle the carrier claim and get a replacement on its way to you.

Returns and Exchanges

Every Hydrus board comes with a 30-day return and exchange window. Accessories are returnable within 30 days in unused, original condition. Full return terms are on the 30-Day Trial and Exchange page.

Warranty

Every Hydrus board is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Full warranty terms are on the Hydrus Warranty page.
