30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Experience Hydrus products and feel the craftsmanship and performance for yourself. If within 30 days from the purchase date, you find yourself unsatisfied with any Hydrus product, you are welcome to return it. Provided it doesn’t show abnormal wear and tear, you have the option to choose a full 100% refund of the product purchase price or receive 110% in-store credit. Please ensure all product packaging and tags are retained until you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

WARRANTY

Hydrus stands by the quality of our products. We unconditionally guarantee that our products are free from defects in workmanship and materials. We will be more than happy to replace or refund any defective items you wish to return under our Warranty policies which can be found on product pages.

Second-hand Products: Our warranties only covers boards and other gear purchased directly from Hydrus Board Tech or our approved affiliates and partners. Second-hand products, i.e., products bought from an individual who is not an authorized dealer, are not eligible for warranty coverage. This ensures that every products we cover under our warranty has been handled with the care and maintenance guidelines we provide to our customers, preserving the integrity and value of our lifetime commitment. We deeply value our relationship with our customers, and this policy enables us to maintain our promise of a lifetime warranty, with the assurance that the products have been cared for following our instructions and recommendations.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM

To return an item or file a warranty claim, get in touch with our customer service department via phone or Email at crew@hydrusboardtech.com. We're here to assist you from Monday - Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm MST. A representative will help process your request and assist with return shipping.

REFUND PROCESS

Refunds will be credited in the original form of payment.

FOR ITEMS WITHOUT A PROOF OF PURCHASE

Merchandise returned without any proof of purchase will be offered a store exchange at the current selling price.

FILING A PRODUCT WARRANTY CLAIM

Ensure a swift claim process by contacting us immediately. While we're here to assist, we'll need pictures of the damaged item before it's repackaged and returned. A photograph must confirm product defects. Please note, the defective product must be located in the Continental United States or shipping charges may not be covered by the warranty and must be paid for by the claimant.

Items not covered under the warranty include products showing wear from commercial use, cosmetic issues, products purchased from vendors other than Hydrus without proof of purchase or a verifiable age of the product, boards purchased in used condition without a verifiable age, and any modifications made to the surface of the board by the customer.

SHIPPING POLICY

TRANSIT TIMES

We aim to dispatch all orders within two business days from our US warehouse. The estimated transit times listed below are based on business days. Please note that these times are supplied as an estimate and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for setting delivery appointments. Delivery is contingent on the customer's availability. For deliveries to areas over 65 miles outside a major metropolitan city, please allow an additional one to two business days.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are subject to the best rates we can secure from major carriers. Additional shipping charges apply for expedited options and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer any international shipping options. We apologize for any inconvenience.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

We take pride in our packaging to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive an item with damage incurred during transit, here are the steps you should follow:

Visible Damage Upon Receipt: Inspect your delivery upon arrival. If there are visible signs of damage, refuse the shipment by writing "Refused due to damage" on the Bill of Lading (BOL) and return the shipment to the driver.

Damage After Accepting Shipment: If you discover damage after accepting the shipment, you have three (3) business days from the date of delivery to file a claim. Claims filed outside this window may result in the customer being responsible for shipping charges.

FILING A SHIPPING CLAIM

PRODUCT-SPECIFIC WARRANTIES

1. Surfboards, Paddleboards, and Inflatable Paddle Boards (iSUPs), Crossboards and Powder Surfboards:

All Hydrus branded boards carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty. We guarantee against any abnormal defect in workmanship and materials within this period. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to either have the defective part or product professionally repaired, or replaced with an equivalent product at no cost to you. Proof of purchase is required for this warranty and it does not cover damage or defects caused by impact, use outside its intended purpose, normal wear and tear, transport-related damage, inappropriate storage, or issues due to improper handling.

2. Paddles:

All Hydrus paddles are protected by a Limited Lifetime Warranty from the date of purchase. We guarantee against any abnormal defect in workmanship and materials within this period. We reserve the right to either have the defective part or product professionally repaired, or replaced with an equivalent product at no cost to you. This warranty does not cover damages or defects due to impact, misuse, normal wear and tear, improper handle installation, or usage in rental, commercial, or teaching environments.

3. Bags:

Hydrus branded bags and backpacks are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. We guarantee against any abnormal defect in workmanship and materials within this period. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to either have the defective part or product professionally repaired, or replaced with an equivalent product at no cost to you. The warranty does not cover fading, rips or tears from collisions, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

4. Electric iSUP Pumps:

Electric iSUP pumps sold by Hydrus are covered by a 60 Day Manufacturer Limited Warranty. We guarantee against any abnormal defect in workmanship and materials within this period. We reserve the right to either have the defective part or product professionally repaired, or replaced with an equivalent product at no cost to you. For the Electronic iSUP pump, allow a five-minute cool-down period between inflating boards.

5. Leashes:

All Hydrus leashes are covered by a 60 Day Manufacturer Limited Warranty. We guarantee against any abnormal defect in workmanship and materials within this period. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to either have the defective part or product professionally repaired, or replaced with an equivalent product at no cost to you. The warranty does not cover damages or defects due to misuse, normal wear and tear, fin cuts, or usage in the surf zone.
