Paradise is the touring board for the paddler who prioritizes speed over your typical All-Around board. The 12'6" × 30" footprint is the sweet spot of touring SUPs: long enough to track straight through chop, narrow enough to glide efficiently. Built from the same Armalight Air construction we use across the lineup, Paradise feels like a hardboard underfoot at just 15 PSI.

Where it sits in the lineup: Paradise is the lake-and-coast touring board. If you are brand new to paddleboarding and want maximum forgiveness, look at JoyRide. If you live on whitewater rivers, look at AXIS 98. If you race, look at Elysium Air.

We start with a 3-layer composite reinforced shell, fused under heat and pressure. The result is a board that resists puncture and stays rigid trip after trip. Touring boards take more abuse than all-arounds: longer trips, heavier loads, more rocky launches. Paradise is built to outlast the paddler.

FusionWeave Dropstitch Core

FusionWeave Dropstitch is a woven multi-layer core, not the catalog straight-laid dropstitch that ships in most inflatables. That construction difference is the structural change that makes Paradise feel like a hardboard underfoot at 12 to 15 PSI. Straight-laid cores flex across a 12-foot board under load; FusionWeave Dropstitch holds form along the full length. Most touring inflatables compensate with 18 to 22 PSI. Paradise does not. At honest pressure, the board stays rigid through long days on the water without spending your stroke on hull flex.

Multi-Spectrum Welded Seams

Every seam on Paradise is welded under pressure with our multi-spectrum process: no glue, no tape. Glued seams are the first thing to fail on cheaper iSUPs after a hot summer in a garage. Welded seams are the structural reason Hydrus offers a Lifetime Warranty on the board itself.

Touring-Tuned 12'6" × 30" Geometry

30 inches wide is the touring sweet spot: wide enough to stay upright with a loaded deck, narrow enough that the board glides instead of plows. Combined with the 12'6" length, you get tracking that holds line through gusts and chop. The optimized rocker keeps the nose riding chop instead of slapping it.

Paradise is the touring board, JoyRide is the all-around. JoyRide is shorter (11') and slightly wider (32"): easier to learn on, more maneuverable in tight water. Paradise is longer (12'6") and narrower (30"): faster glide, longer reach, better tracking on big water. If you live near lakes and want to cover distance, Paradise. If you want one board that does river days AND lake yoga AND a beginner first session, JoyRide.

Yes. The 300 lb capacity comfortably handles you, gear, and a dog up to about 70 lbs. The 30-inch width and SoftGrip deck pad give animals (and kids) a stable platform to lay down or sit on. Many Paradise owners run multi-day trips with their dogs.

Lifetime Warranty on construction (seams and shell). Hydrus replaces or repairs construction defects for the life of the board. The 30-Day Test Ride Guarantee lets you exchange or return within the first month if Paradise is not the right board for your water.

About 8 to 10 minutes with the included Dual-Action Hand Pump. Add the optional Hydrus Electric Pump bundle and inflation drops to 6 to 8 minutes hands-free.

12 to 15 PSI for typical touring. Paradise is pressure-tested to 31 PSI, but you do not need that much for stiffness. The FusionWeave Dropstitch core gets you to hardboard-level rigidity well below the max.
